Delegates of the City of Amsterdam & Port of Amsterdam visit DBG’s office in Amsterdam

Last week, we welcomed a delegation of the City of Amsterdam and the Port of Amsterdam in DBG’s office at the Danzigerkade in Amsterdam.

We introduced representatives of economic affairs, real estate, city planning, sustainability and commercial affairs to the projects DBG is currently rolling out both in Amsterdam and, Delfzijl, Vlissingen and even outside of The Netherlands.

The City of Amsterdam and Port of Amsterdam’s green agenda and vision for a sustainable future truly match DBG’s waste-to-energy activities. We both aspire to find alternatives to fossil fuel products and aim to become a part of the city’s accomplishment of this in the near future.

As part of that, we also dove into the discussion about the planning of our plant in the Westpoort area of the Port of Amsterdam. With the strong moral support from the City of Amsterdam and the Port of Amsterdam, DBG will be carrying out considerable investments in the city.

DBG feels very welcomed in Amsterdam and last week’s visit only strengthened that relationship. We thank the delegates for their shown interest in our company’s activities and look forward to future exchanges in the light of our plant to be built in the Port of Amsterdam.
